This website is operated by EDL Management Services ("EDL", "we", "us"), UEN 52981830B, a Singapore-based aging solutions provider. It's intended to give you general information about our services, in estate planning, retirement planning, and caregiver support, and to let you start a Will Writing engagement through our guided online form.

2. We are not a law firm

EDL is not a law firm, and nothing on this website, or in the Will Instruction Form, constitutes legal advice. We act as an intermediary that coordinates and arranges the drafting of Wills and related documents by independent, qualified paralegal partners, based on the instructions you provide. 3. Your responsibilities

When you use this website or submit any form, you agree to:

• Provide information that is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge;
• Only provide another person's personal data (for example, a beneficiary's or executor's) where you have their permission to do so;
• Use the website and its forms only for their intended purpose, and not to submit fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful content; and
• Not attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the website.

4. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the EDL name and branding, belongs to EDL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Separately, once you engage us to prepare your Will, drafts of that Will remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, as set out in our Engagement Terms.

6. Liability

We provide this website and its content on an "as is" basis, and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, EDL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Singapore law.
