Let's put your wishes in writing.

This guided form walks through everything our team needs to prepare your Will: your details, your executors, and how you'd like your estate shared. It takes most people about 10–15 minutes, and you can come back to finish later.

This form includes sensitive details like NRIC numbers and estate instructions. It's sent securely and only used by EDL Management to prepare your Will. Your progress is also saved on this device as you go, so you won't lose your place.

Before we begin

Here's a quick summary of how we'll handle what you share with us. Please read this, and the full documents linked below, before continuing.

    What we collectYour details, and those of family members, executors, beneficiaries, and guardians you name, so we can prepare your Will.

    Who sees itOnly your assigned Will Writer and any witnesses arranged for your Will. Witnesses may keep a copy solely to refer to if called on as a witness.

    How long we keep itEngagement records are kept for five years after your passing, or five days after you rewrite your Will, whichever is first.
  • 4
    Your rightsYou can ask what we hold, request corrections, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

About you

Your details as they should appear on your Will. Use your name and number exactly as printed on your NRIC or passport.

Property you own, and how it's legally held, can affect who receives it, sometimes regardless of what you've stated elsewhere in your Will.

Exclusions

If there's someone you'd like to intentionally leave out of your Will, and record why, you can note it here. This step is optional.

Naming an intentional exclusion is treated as an additional clause and incurs a further $50 per exclusion.

Your Will names who receives your estate, but your executor still needs to know what's in it. Our List of Assets worksheet covers your property, CPF, insurance policies, and bank accounts, then downloads as your own PDF to keep or hand to your executor. It takes about 10 minutes, and can reuse the name, NRIC, and address you just gave us.
